The maintenance department is responsible for maintaining machines and equipment used in compressor production processes, performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across a wide range of equipment. It plays a strategic role in ensuring technical availability of these assets, aiming to prevent unplanned downtime and enhance reliability. **Responsibilities and duties** Key responsibilities of this position include: * Performing preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance on equipment; * Interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams; * Inspecting electronic and electrical control panels and boards; * Conducting inspection, adjustment, repair, installation, and testing of manual, automatic, and semi-automatic electrical systems on equipment; * Monitoring machinery operation to identify faults and irregularities in production processes. **Requirements and qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Completed technical degree (with diploma) in electrical, electromechanical, electronics, automation, mechatronics, or related fields; * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLCs, frequency inverters, and drives; * Industrial experience and knowledge in industrial maintenance and automation; * Availability to work in shifts and rotating schedules.
