This is an opportunity for those eager to learn real-world development, work directly with code, and practically improve performance. We seek a curious, technically minded individual who enjoys understanding how things work behind the screen, aims to grow as a developer, learn coding best practices, and advance within the field. You will collaborate with the technical team on real-world front\-end, technical SEO, and performance optimizations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support improvements in Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) * Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on live website pages * Support loading optimizations (lazy loading, images, fonts, scripts) * Assist in organizing semantic structure (heading tags, meta tags, canonical, sitemap, etc.) * Support technical analyses using Lighthouse and PageSpeed * Build landing pages from scratch, focusing on structure, responsiveness, and performance optimization **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an educational institution in programs such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Fundamental understanding of Git * Eagerness to learn about web performance and technical SEO **You’ll Stand Out If:** * You have developed personal projects (GitHub profile highly valued) * You possess basic knowledge of React or Next.js * You have experience with Strapi / WordPress * You are interested in metrics such as Core Web Vitals **Additional Information** * Internship stipend: R$1\.200,00; * Alelo Meal or Food Allowance: R$ 950,00; * Annual Bonus; * Internal and external training programs; * 100% free courses produced by SoftExpert; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Referral Program (up to R$1,000 paid to VA/VR!); * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * TotalPass We are recognized in the market as a leader in **integrated management software solutions**, offering over 40 components dedicated to business administration and enterprise management.
