We seek a curious, organized individual with a strong desire to solve problems, to provide technical support for electronic security systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Supporting customers via phone, chat, WhatsApp, email, and ticketing system * Analyzing and clearly documenting support requests * Providing basic technical support and guiding customers and technicians * Resolving low-complexity requests and ensuring proper closure * Triaging issues and escalating to higher support levels when necessary * Documenting solutions and maintaining an organized service history * Assisting in analysis and closure of service orders What you need to know: * Basic knowledge of networking and IT * Introductory knowledge of CCTV, alarms, access control, or IP networks * Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions * Familiarity with email and Microsoft Office suite What we expect from you: * Strong communication skills * Organization and attention to detail * Eagerness to learn and advance quickly * Proactivity and sense of responsibility Advantages: * Technical education (or currently pursuing) in IT, electronics, telecommunications, or related fields * Initial experience, internship, or prior exposure to technical support or electronic security Job Details: * Work model: On-site * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Compensation and Growth: * Salary: R$ 3.600,00 * Employment type: Cooperative * Career development plan with performance-based salary progression Job Type: Full-time Payment: R$3.600,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work on-site in Joinville?
