




Responsibilities: 1\. Leadership Development: * Planning and facilitation of the leadership training program. * Monitoring coaching and mentoring programs for leaders. 2\. Organizational Culture: * Monitoring organizational culture diagnosis and improvement initiatives. 3\. Employee Engagement: * Developing strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction. * Action plan for organizational climate surveys and analysis of results to implement corrective actions. 5\. Leadership Support: * Serving as a support resource for leaders and teams on HR-related matters. * Facilitating workshops and group dynamics to enhance communication and collaboration. 6\. Performance Evaluation: * Managing and monitoring performance evaluation cycles. * Tracking progress and providing continuous feedback to employees. 7\. Change Management: * Developing and executing organizational change management strategies. * Supporting teams through transition processes and adaptation to new realities. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in training and development activities. A postgraduate degree in this field is preferred.
