We are looking for an **Internal Sales Consultant** to join our team. **Compensation** * **Initial fixed salary:** R$ 2.100,00 * **Sales commission:** 0.25% to 2% based on goal achievement (variable component may exceed R$ 3.000,00 per month depending on performance) * Additional campaigns and bonuses defined by management **Benefits** * Transportation allowance (if needed); or Fuel allowance (R$ 100); * Meal voucher of R$ 500.00; * Unimed health insurance (optional, with co-payment — available after 3 months); * DentalUni dental plan. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospecting, serving, and maintaining customers (end users, architects, construction companies, and contractors); * Site visits for measurements, quotations, and negotiations; * Managing customer portfolio and recording interactions in CRM; * Providing technical support in product selection according to project requirements. **Prerequisites** * Strong communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn; * Ambition to grow professionally; * Basic computer and technology knowledge (WhatsApp, email, internet browsing); * Basic mathematical reasoning (multiplication, percentages, area and perimeter — training provided if needed); * Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints (basic level — a plus, but we can also train you!). **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:40 PM **Join a company that values excellent customer service, technical expertise, and the drive to grow together!** Interested?
