JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing the company’s Personnel Administration and Occupational Safety departments, overseeing and controlling payroll processing and closing, payroll entries, tax remittances, employee hiring and contract terminations, and employee vacations—ensuring compliance with current legislation and company policies. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED * Ensure payroll processing and closing, monitoring and verifying payroll entries, tax remittances, hiring and contract terminations, vacations, and employee movements, guaranteeing compliance with legal deadlines through execution and/or oversight of operational routines; * Support departments and leadership by providing guidance on labor legislation to inform decisions related to personnel administration, through report generation, meetings, and answering questions; * Represent the company before labor unions and government agencies as a legal representative, attending regulatory bodies and other relevant entities whenever necessary; * Manage and control the distribution of uniforms to employees and process payments to suppliers; * Oversee the entire management and control process for employee health plans (Unimed and Clinipan), including supporting optimal negotiations, system enrollment and removal in payroll, correct employee deductions, and timely payments to service providers; * Oversee the entire management and control process for the Personal card provided to employees, as well as timely payments to the service provider; * Contribute to reducing labor liabilities by analyzing inconsistency reports related to personnel administration and subsequently advising managers, assisting them in implementing preventive and corrective actions; * Support the legal department regarding labor lawsuits by providing requested documentation within established deadlines; * Ensure that occupational safety initiatives, planning, and projects are implemented efficiently and in accordance with the Ministry of Labor and Employment’s Regulatory Norms (NRs), through guidance, monitoring, and support for Safety Technicians. Ensure people management concerning vacation schedules, hour banks, vacations, and other work schedule-related demands, through monitoring managerial reports submitted by the personnel department and providing guidance to employees; * Promote professional development and team motivation through feedback, performance monitoring, and enhancement via technical and behavioral training; Requirements **Experience (in field):** Personnel Administration **Academic Qualification:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration, HR, Accounting Sciences, or related fields **Specific Knowledge:** Proficiency in payroll systems (Senior) and time clock automation, labor and social security regulations, personnel department processes (electronic time clock, DIRF), eSocial, people management, and internal communication platforms **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information:** Fully on-site position **Work Location:** R.
