




Description: * High school diploma; * Preferred: basic knowledge of Active Directory, printers, and MDM. What are the challenges for this position? * Assembling and maintaining computers (hardware); * Installing and formatting operating systems (Windows, Linux); * Supporting basic software (Office suite, web browsers, antivirus, etc.); * Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, cabling); * Remote access (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC); * Experience in opening and tracking service tickets (ITSM experience preferred); * Proficiency with asset inventory and management systems; * Assembling and testing equipment to ensure availability for store operational needs; * Monitoring store data links to ensure proactive maintenance and guarantee link availability and functionality; * Performing preventive maintenance as requested; * Configuring workstations to meet internal and external requirements according to the timeframes and deadlines specified in service tickets; * Providing support to internal and external users in accordance with their needs. 2512170202551836114
