Career acceleration through technical excellence, product mindset, and AI We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our Enterprise Application team. Unlike working on the final product sold to customers, this squad’s mission is to build the "technological backbone" of our internal operations to drive business growth. You will create solutions that empower our Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams—ensuring efficiency and scalability. In this role, we are not looking for just a code executor, but someone motivated to assume an active and strategic role. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle: leading your own projects—from requirement alignment with internal stakeholders, through coding, to delivery and impact measurement. This is the ideal environment to accelerate your career by combining technical excellence, product mindset, and Artificial Intelligence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * End-to-end development of internal solutions: collaborating to understand business pain points and participating in defining technical solutions; * Develop and maintain applications using Node.js and React.js, integrating internal services with AI APIs (OpenAI, Google AI Studio); * Assist in implementing data solutions in relational databases and learn about vector search for AI contexts; * Contribute to technical quality of deliverables by writing automated tests and actively participating in code reviews for learning and code evolution; * Support observability of delivered tools, helping identify errors and opportunities to improve automation performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Qualifications/Knowledge:** * Practical experience in web development using Node.js and React.js; * Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases; * Familiarity with or strong interest in integrating Artificial Intelligence APIs (OpenAI, Gemini); * Basic understanding of cloud platforms and interest in learning about deployment environments. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of fundamental Prompt/Context Engineering concepts; * Basic knowledge of Docker and familiarity with CI/CD concepts; * Familiarity with automated testing. **Soft Skills** * Ownership: Ability to organize tasks and proactively seek solutions before asking for help—but knowing the right moment to ask; * Clear Communication: As you’ll interact with internal teams, it’s essential to listen to business needs and explain technical ideas simply; * Investigative Curiosity: Genuine desire to experiment with new AI technologies and discover how they can solve real-world daily problems; * Systems Thinking: Ability to observe a manual task and imagine the logic required to transform it into software.
