Join us—it’s a great opportunity to launch your professional career. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with IT Service Desk activities, including employee support, gathering additional information required for issue resolution, and routing service requests; * Provide user support—both internal and external—for various company systems, and assist in testing/homologating technologies that deliver solutions; * Support administrative tasks related to IT. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology or related fields; preferably in the first or second year; * Teamwork skills; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; **Additional Information** Work schedule: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
