This person will be responsible for ensuring interaction quality, analyzing conversations, creating textual journeys, and developing initiatives for **retention, activation, and product/service offerings**, delivering personalized and engaging experiences for our cooperative members. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **content curation** on WhatsApp, ensuring alignment with brand identity and a positive member experience.
