




Job Summary: The professional will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, handling customer service and assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals. Assistance in preparing and sending commercial proposals **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes break) **Location:** Bucaren neighborhood, Joinville-SC **Responsibilities and Duties:** Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team; Handle customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, providing basic information and directing inquiries; Assist in preparing and sending commercial proposals; Update customer records and enter information into the system; Monitor order status and provide post-sales support; Organize files, contracts, and departmental documentation; Support the organization of meetings and performance reports for the commercial area. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Previous experience in administrative/commercial roles and public-facing customer service; Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields; Advanced computer skills; Desired skills: Organization and attention to detail; Proactivity and agility; Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Attendance Bonus (7%) Dental Plan Gym Allowance Life Insurance Discounts at partner universities Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.526,13 per month
