Speak with your immediate manager, express your intentions, and keep your resume updated in Sonepeople. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support HR administrative activities (file organization, document control, spreadsheet updates); * Assist in internal processes and provide training support, including attendance lists and invitation coordination; * Support internal communication and initiatives such as “Employees of the Month”; * Assist in employee service and clarification of simple inquiries; * Support data entry and verification in internal systems. ### **Requirements:** * High school education in progress or completed; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Good communication skills (verbal and written), organizational ability, and willingness to learn; * Availability to comply with the apprentice work schedule (6 hours per day). ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in the Human Resources field; * Participation in courses or projects related to administration or people management; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; Dimensional is an equal opportunity employer and invites women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities to apply.
