Organization of technical materials and didactic customer service JOB: Technical Assistant for Projects and Customer Support\* R\&J Geração Consulting has an open opportunity with a company specialized in selling equipment and constructing high-end natural swimming pools and ornamental lakes. \*Main Responsibilities:\* • Assist in developing hydraulic filtration projects (SketchUp/Layout) • Support preparation of material lists • Provide technical support to customers (construction, operation, and maintenance) • Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and video calls • Participation in online meetings for technical alignment • Customer follow-up under specialist guidance • Organization of technical materials (manuals, PDFs, content) • Ensure clear, polite, and didactic customer service \*Requirements:\* • Basic knowledge in projects, hydraulics, or construction • Proficiency in customer service • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfort with technology and learning \*Preferred Qualifications:\* • Knowledge of SketchUp/Layout • Experience in technical support • Affinity with construction or aquarism • Enrolled in a Technical Course in Building Construction \*Work Model:\* • On-site (Monday to Friday) • 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM • CLT employment contract Salary: To be negotiated. \*Benefits:\* • Transportation allowance • Meal allowance • Training in the field\*Interested candidates:\* Send your resume to \*WhatsApp:\* (47\) 99938\-9864 Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.100,00 \- R$3\.190,92 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
