Responsibilities and Duties * Adhere to company methodologies, standards, and procedures; * Prepare and maintain technical documentation; * Ensure deliverables comply with internal best practices and conventions; * Systemic perspective: understand the impact of technical decisions across the entire ecosystem; * Participate in production system go-live activities and monitor initial usage days; * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for customers; * Guide junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Collaborate with the development team to define business and architectural solutions through research and knowledge exchange with partner areas; * Maintain software quality by evaluating available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used; * Stay updated with the latest market trends and technologies. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience with TOTVS HCM / FIN ERP; * Experience in backend development using Progress; * Knowledge of other frameworks (Next.js, React, Vue.js, etc.); * Organizational skills and resilience to manage multiple projects and clients; * Availability for occasional travel and on-site client support; * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Administration, Finance, or related fields; Desirable Requirements * Experience with agile methodologies; * Knowledge of AI agents (LangChain, LangGraph, LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, etc.).
