Job Summary: A professional responsible for member service, sales, and store administrative management, including team leadership, commercial and operational routines, and participation in institutional initiatives. Handling various commercial and operational routines Member service, sales, and store administrative management—including cashier duties, materials handling, and cost control. Responsible for team leadership, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Handles various commercial and operational routines (burial plots, cremation, ambulance services, equipment), as well as providing support to other units.
