Failure analysis and development of maintenance plans We currently have an opportunity for a **Sewing Machine Mechanic** at a company located in Joinville. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on sewing machines, overlock machines, and buttonholers * Diagnosis, repair, and testing of machines and equipment * Failure and wear analysis * Installation of machines and equipment * Development of preventive maintenance plans * Coordination with suppliers and service providers * Support for improvements and projects within the maintenance area **Requirements:** * Technical course in Mechanics or related fields * Experience in sewing machine maintenance * Knowledge of needle systems **Work Schedule:** 5:00 AM to 2:48 PM **Compensation:** R$ 17.65 per hour (approximately R$ 3,883.00/month) **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company: R$2.00/day * Opportunity to purchase our products at cost price (after probation period, with possible payroll deduction) * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction) * Workplace gymnastics * Coffee and German-style cake every Friday (in case of target achievement, cake and appetizers) * 15-minute daily coffee break * After 3 months: Health insurance, dental insurance, childcare allowance, pharmacy network, and medication assistance * After 1 year: Tuition assistance * On-site parking available **Location:** Joinville Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary Range: R$3,000.00 \- R$3,800.00 per month Work Mode: On-site
