Production sector and manufacturing process control We are seeking a Production Manager to work in Joinville \- SC. Responsibilities: Establish the processes and procedures required to execute and fulfill action plans defined by the strategic level. Manage high- and medium-complexity projects, activities, and teams, and assume responsibility for results achieved within the area of operation. The position primarily focuses on managing, administering, and controlling production sectors, as well as manufacturing methods and processes, aiming to meet established production targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and completed postgraduate studies. Experience managing high- and medium-complexity projects, activities, and teams. Experience in large-scale industrial environments. Experience administering human and financial resources, activities, machinery, equipment, and other items related to the company's industrial area. Experience managing departmental budgets. Experience analyzing departmental performance indicators. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and SAP system.
