Job Summary: We are seeking an Outsourcing Pattern Maker to develop products from measurement table definition to final garment, ensuring optimal pattern construction, fit, and comfort. Key Highlights: 1. Work on product development and fashion trends. 2. Evaluate prototypes, analyze patterns, and conduct fittings. 3. Manage pattern revisions and release patterns to suppliers. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be: * Develop products from measurement table definition to final garment, ensuring optimal pattern construction, fit, and comfort; * Interpret and guide the style brief, defining pattern construction, measurement tables, and grading according to pre-established brand lifestyle standards; * Evaluate prototypes, analyze patterns, assess fit and fabric drape, correct patterns, and communicate all necessary information to suppliers; * Conduct pattern fittings; * Approve pattern samples, pre-production samples, and photo shoot garments; * Manage revisions, corrections, and pattern releases to suppliers (Asia and Brazil). Here’s what we expect from you. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Pattern Making or Fashion; * Proficiency in pattern-making software, technical specification sheets, and PLM systems; * Prior experience in outsourcing pattern making; * Fluent English (written and verbal); * Knowledge of flat-pattern making and tailoring; * Preferred: Technical knowledge of fabrics, finishes, finishing techniques, and finished goods.
