Job Summary: This role involves assisting in customer relationship management, digital content production, market analysis, and marketing planning support. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized customer service and customer retention 2. Creation of audiovisual content for social media 3. Collaboration in market analysis and trend research Main Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Assist in personalized service for active customers, applying customer retention techniques and consultative communication. Digital Content Production: Support the creation of audiovisual materials (photos and videos) for social media, focusing on maintaining brand visual identity. Market and Trend Analysis: Collaborate in product curation and outfit composition based on target audience consumption behavior. Performance Metric Monitoring: Assist in tracking digital engagement and provide operational support to the sales channel via WhatsApp Business. Marketing Planning Support: Participate in developing posting schedules and collection launch strategies.
