**Position: Occupational Safety Technician** **Location: Av. Santos Dumont, 3.400 – Zona Industrial Norte – Joinville/SC** **Work Schedule: [CLT,] from 07:00 to 17:00, Monday through Thursday and Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.** **Area: SST** **Requirements:** * **Completed technical education in occupational safety;** * **Minimum of one year of experience in construction sites;** * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);** * **Valid driver's license category AB or higher;** * **Technical knowledge of related regulations;** * **Excellent interpersonal skills.** **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Prepare and update PGR, LTCAT and PCMSO documents;** * **Support the HR department in identifying and scheduling admission, termination and periodic medical exams;** * **Conduct workplace inspections to mitigate risks;** * **Deliver training sessions for employees;** * **Educate staff on occupational safety regulations;** * **Manage PPE and collective protection equipment (supplier development, usage control and storage);** * **Support facility improvement projects to create safer working conditions;** * **Investigate and analyze causes of occupational accidents, diseases and environmental conditions, taking preventive actions to avoid recurrence;** * **Organize campaigns, lectures and other training activities on occupational safety and hygiene;** * **Work directly with field personnel to ensure safety and efficiency during operations;** * **Collect and analyze statistics on work-related accidents, occupational diseases and illnesses, implementing preventive measures;** * **Develop emergency response plans for disasters, including fire suppression and victim rescue procedures;** * **Support SIPAT events by organizing necessary activities and resources;** **Skills:** * **Strong interpersonal skills;** * **Excellent verbal and written communication;** * **Conflict management ability;** * **Good concentration skills;** * **Proficient in intranet and internet usage.** **Benefits:** * **Salary BRL 4,000.00** * **BRL 11.40 transportation allowance, BRL 25.00 meal allowance** * **Life insurance.** Minimum Education Level: Technical Degree
