Manage and monitor project schedules Project Analyst – Surveying / Georeferencing Solo Topografia is seeking a Project Analyst with experience in Surveying and Real Estate Georeferencing to prepare, analyze, and technically monitor projects related to real estate regularization. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze technical documents for georeferencing; * Process and adjust GNSS data; * Prepare maps and descriptive memoranda in accordance with INCRA regulations; * Assemble and submit certification processes to SIGEF/INCRA; * Analyze overlaps, boundary conflicts, and cadastral inconsistencies; * Provide technical support for subdivision, consolidation, and area rectification processes; * Interface with notary offices, INCRA, and other competent authorities; * Manage and monitor project schedules. Requirements: * Proven experience in georeferencing; * Solid knowledge of SIGEF and rural property certification at INCRA; * Experience with CAR (Rural Environmental Registry); * Proficiency in surveying and geoprocessing software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Topograph, QGIS or similar); * Knowledge of land and registry legislation is a plus; Behavioral Competencies: * Organization and attention to technical detail; * Proactivity; * Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.
