




Job Summary: Professional to support organizational culture, internal communication, endomarketing, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as develop and monitor reports. Key Highlights: 1. Support in implementing organizational culture and internal communication initiatives 2. Involvement in endomarketing, diversity, and inclusion 3. Creation and monitoring of departmental reports and metrics **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Support the implementation of organizational culture initiatives at headquarters and branches. * Lead the design and administration of general surveys and employee listening activities. * Develop and support the dissemination of internal communications (bulletin boards, DDS, information boards, printed and digital notices, WhatsApp communities, and corporate TVs). * Support endomarketing campaigns and celebratory activities at headquarters and branches. * Deploy diversity and inclusion initiatives across headquarters and branches. * Support branch HR teams in organizing internal events and activities. * Create and monitor departmental reports and metrics. * Engage directly with local HR and operational leaders, guided by strategic direction from the department. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Work, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of organizational culture and climate. * Basic knowledge of internal communication and initiatives targeting operational staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
