Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to assist with customer installations and maintenance, as well as fiber-optic network operations, safeguarding company assets and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you enjoy technology, like exploring new places during technical field visits, have experience in telecommunications—or are eager to learn—send us your resume! **This and all other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with customer installations; * Assist with customer maintenance; * Participate in preventive network maintenance as needed; * Assist with fiber-optic network repairs; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use tools to measure network parameters; * Provide support and safety to technicians by using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers via telephone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and maintain an organized workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Electrical networks; Computer literacy; Computer networking. **Education:** Completed high school. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM — Tuesday through Saturday. **On-site opportunity in São Bento do Sul/SC.** Since 1997, we have centered our operations on the customer, delivering telecommunications solutions for residential, corporate, and government clients.
