




* **Job Profile Assessment** * Conversations with managers or clients to understand the position's needs. * Defines technical requirements, behavioral competencies, and salary range. * **Candidate Attraction** * Posts job openings on employment platforms, social media, and talent databases. * May develop strategies to make the position more attractive. * **Resume Screening** * Analyzes received resumes and identifies candidates best aligned with the profile. * **Interviews** * Conducts interviews (in-person or online) to assess technical and behavioral competencies. * May apply group dynamics or competency-based interviews. * **Application and Interpretation of Tests** * Uses psychological, behavioral, or specific skills tests when necessary. * **Alignment with Managers** * Presents shortlisted candidates to managers. * Adjusts expectations and supports decision-making. * **Feedback and Communication with Candidates** * Sends feedback to candidates (selected or not). * Maintains a welcoming and humanized approach in communication. * **Talent Database Management** * Organizes and updates profiles in ATS systems (applicant tracking systems). * Maintains relationships with potential candidates. * **Onboarding and Integration** * Supports the hiring process and guides new employees through company integration. * **Indicators and Reports** * Monitors metrics such as time-to-hire, cost per hire, and accuracy rate. * Generates performance reports for continuous improvement.
