The Legal Analyst's mission is to support all company departments in meeting extrajudicial legal demands. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Anticipate and prevent risks inherent to the company's activities. * Stay updated on legislation and matters relevant to the company. * Draft and review contract drafts. * Validate contract drafts. * Provide legal support to suppliers and customers. * Provide legal support to all company departments. * Validate supplier onboarding. * Participate in internal process improvements. * Update legal department indicators monthly. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Law. * Specialization in Real Estate Law. * OAB registration (preferred). * Relevant work experience. * General legal knowledge.
