Oil and natural gas company is hiring a Junior Support Analyst in Jaraguá do Sul (Vieira). **What will you do in this role?:** Respond to customer service requests and follow up on them until resolution. Perform configuration, installation, and updates of the Linx system. Install, configure, and provide support for Windows workstations. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals. Monitor and resolve network issues (connectivity, IP, network printers), among others.
