Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for standardizing floor plans, developing and coordinating wooden structural projects, reviewing drawings, and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical standardization of floor plans and commercial projects 2. Development and coordination of structural projects 3. Internal support to sales and production teams Receive commercial projects and perform technical standardization of floor plans; Adjust layout, dimensions, information, and presentation according to company standards; Develop and detail wooden structural projects; Coordinate structural projects with architectural projects; Review drawings and verify technical feasibility; Organize project technical documentation; Provide internal support to sales and production teams. **Position:** Civil Engineer (Designer) **Contract Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Professional Area:** Civil Construction / Civil Engineering / Project Management **Benefits: Work Resources:** Car; Laptop; SIM card; Reimbursement of work-related expenses. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; Proficiency in drafting and modeling software (AutoCAD and/or Revit); Knowledge of Revit (Autodesk); Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to standardize technical documents; Driver's license category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of wooden structures; Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings; Experience in development, review, or detailing of projects.
