Join our \#TimedeAÇO. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues; * Respond to emergency calls to resolve electrical and mechanical problems that may impact production; * Execute scheduled maintenance routines to prevent failures; * Perform tests and adjustments on equipment to ensure proper and safe operation; * Replace and repair damaged or worn electrical and mechanical components; * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment; * Read and interpret diagrams to diagnose problems and perform maintenance; * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed, including reports of identified issues and applied solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Electromechanical or Electrical Technician program; Proficiency in electrical control and power systems, and electrical infrastructure installations (e.g., cable tray assembly, conduit installation, panel assembly); Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics; Basic knowledge of PLCs (Siemens and Rockwell), inverters, and soft starters — maintenance and programming (Siemens and WEG); Dimensional metrology; Intermediate-level knowledge of industrial pneumatics and hydraulics; Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and create sketches; Perform welding using shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) for minor repairs; Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Multinational company with over 80 years in the market and a reference in the steel industry; * A highly learning-oriented environment with technical training programs; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * 50% reimbursement for medications + health insurance with co-payment + dental care — extended to first-degree dependents; * Market-competitive remuneration; * Profit-sharing plan (PLR), linked to collective goals; * Private pension plan — because we care about your future; * Food allowance; * Uniform (for Operational Area) with in-house laundry service — per company policy; * 6-month maternity leave + childcare allowance (for children up to 3 years old).
