Job Summary: A Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, delivering, and controlling materials and goods, ensuring inventory organization and adherence to schedules. Key Highlights: 1. The Warehouse Clerk’s mission is to receive, deliver, and control materials and goods, verifying invoices against purchase orders regarding (quantity, quality, and specifications), entering data into the system, and conducting inventories—aiming to meet demands for project schedule compliance and inventory management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and organize inventory; * Control material receipt; * Enter invoices into the SAP system; * Approve requisitions with the Site Leader; * Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, and material deliveries; * Ensure batch traceability of materials; * Ensure traceability of material dispatches; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Resolve administrative matters related to the area of responsibility; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, always testing during delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Provide hands-on training for new employees per company standards; * Prepare reports and conduct inventories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; * Knowledge of construction materials and equipment; * NR18 and NR35\.
