**Position: Graphic Designer** **Location:** NOVALOGIC INFRAESTRUCTURE AND DATA CENTER \- JOINVILLE/SC \- FLORESTA. **Employment Type:** CLT \- On-site. **About the Position** We are seeking a creative, organized **Graphic Designer** with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual communication. This individual will be responsible for transforming ideas into visual materials that reinforce brand identity and generate positive impact across our internal and external channels. **Main Responsibilities** * Create graphic materials for internal and external campaigns (online and offline). * Develop artwork for social media, presentations, advertisements, institutional and commercial materials. * Adapt visual identities in accordance with brand standards. * Design layouts for landing pages, email marketing, and digital materials. * Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Internal Communications, and Sales to ensure visual communication aligns with objectives. * Edit images, layout materials, and prepare files for printing. * Participate in briefing meetings and propose creative solutions. **Requirements** * Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; * Proficiency in tools such as: **Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign** (Figma/Canva is desirable). * Updated portfolio (mandatory). * Creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in video editing (Premiere / After Effects). * Knowledge in motion design. * Experience creating content for paid media. * Experience in branding. **What We Offer** * Collaborative and innovative environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Transportation allowance, meal voucher, health and dental insurance, gym partnership, Novalogic Academy, and more!
