The Warehouse Clerk's mission is to receive, deliver, and control materials and goods, verifying invoices against purchase orders for quantity, quality, and specifications; entering data into the system; and performing inventories — all to meet project schedule requirements and support effective stock management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and organize inventory; * Control material receipt; * Enter invoices into the SAP system; * Release requisitions with the Site Leader; * Monitor requisitions, orders, and material deliveries; * Ensure traceability of material batches; * Ensure traceability of material dispatches; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Resolve administrative matters related to the area of responsibility; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, always testing during delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Conduct hands-on training for new employees according to company standards; * Prepare reports and conduct inventories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; * Knowledge of construction materials and equipment; * NR18 and NR35\.
