Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk receives, delivers, and controls materials and goods, verifying invoices, entering data into the system, and conducting inventories to meet project demands and manage stock. The Warehouse Clerk's mission is to receive, deliver, and control materials and goods, verifying invoices against purchase orders for quantity, quality, and specifications; entering data into the system; and performing inventories — all to meet project schedule requirements and support effective stock management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and organize inventory; * Control material receipt; * Enter invoices into the SAP system; * Release requisitions with the Site Leader; * Monitor requisitions, orders, and material deliveries; * Ensure traceability of material batches; * Ensure traceability of material dispatches; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Resolve administrative matters related to the area of responsibility; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, always testing during delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Conduct hands-on training for new employees according to company standards; * Prepare reports and conduct inventories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; * Knowledge of construction materials and equipment; * NR18 and NR35\.
