Job Summary: LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed Development Analyst to manage the product lifecycle—from planning through production—optimizing processes and ensuring quality. Data and KPI analysis to support strategic decision-making. LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the role of Development Analyst in our company. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Fashion Design, Fashion, Production Engineering, or Textile Engineering. Proficiency in creating detailed schedules using tools such as Excel, Planner, flowcharts, and other task management platforms. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines. Familiarity with the project management system (Fluxogama), including standardizing and organizing information to ensure consistency and integrate cross-functional teams. Advanced Excel Knowledge of Power BI. Ability to define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), as well as prepare progress reports and propose improvements or corrective actions. Understanding of the product sampling process, including documentation of decisions made by styling and pattern-making teams. Understanding of raw material, trims, and production process requirements to ensure materials meet specifications and production timelines. Experience managing the flow of inputs, ensuring necessary production materials are available and preventing any interruptions. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for creating visual maps, layouts, and graphic documents to support creation, marketing, and sales teams. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain detailed schedules for collections and projects using tools such as Excel, Planner, and flowcharts, ensuring timely delivery. Administer the Fluxogama system, standardizing and organizing information to ensure data consistency across teams. Create reports for monitoring and managing planning activities. Export planning data from Excel (collection briefing spreadsheet) into Fluxogama, ensuring information is accessible for the styling team to begin creative and registration processes. Collect and analyze data from various departments to generate strategic reports supporting business decision-making and management. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), track project and goal progress, and prepare reports for senior management, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Oversee product sampling, documenting decisions made by styling and pattern-making teams via photos and videos to record the development process. Prepare daily reports on the status of collections and projects for the responsible manager. Inspect raw materials and trims to ensure they meet required production specifications. Ensure availability of inputs (raw materials and trims) for the technical team, guaranteeing all necessary materials are released for cutting and sewing within planned timelines. Track and validate the arrival of raw materials and trims, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to avoid production delays. Manage the input supply chain, monitoring inventory levels, delivery forecasts, and potential impacts on collection development. Anticipate risks and resolve issues related to material shortages by proposing alternatives and ensuring uninterrupted production. Monitor progress of activities with the technical team (cutting, sewing, finishing) to ensure deadlines are met according to plan. Receive garments for executive approval, process receipt, and inspect items to enable the creation team to hold the approval meeting. LIVE! welcomes you with open arms.
