Because we believe that **Together We Make a Better World**—and we want you with us on this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the registration process for Service Units, verifying the authenticity of documents and carrying out cooperative member onboarding to ensure compliance with established regulations; * Update cooperative member registrations, monitoring reports and pending items to strengthen engagement and maintain cooperative member retention; * Guide Service Units by supporting clarification of doubts, aiming for accuracy in procedures and documentation related to cooperative member registration; * Monitor expired powers of attorney through consultation reports to ensure adherence to deadlines as stipulated by current regulations; * Monitor the execution of registration-related RPAs (Requests for Action) by sending messages to cooperative members, ensuring accuracy in the selected database; * Execute and monitor cooperative member offboarding processes to meet regulatory deadlines and comply with established regulations; * Record and monitor systemic errors affecting departmental operations using reports and indicators, reporting issues to relevant departments for resolution; * Perform other duties related to the position; * Observe all additional responsibilities common to all positions within the Ailos System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (pursuing higher education is considered an advantage); * Availability to work onsite in São Bento do Sul. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher and Flash Meal Benefit; * Nationwide Unimed Health Insurance Plan; * Uniodonto Dental Insurance Plan; * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Allowance; * Education Allowance; * Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave. **Variable Compensation:** * Semi-annual PPR (Profit-Sharing Program).
