Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Systems/Business Analyst with IT experience, expertise in agile methodologies, and strong communication and self-management capabilities. Key Highlights: 1. Senior experience as Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Requirements Analyst 2. Solid knowledge of Agile development methodology and UML 3. Teamwork and communication skills **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology fields (Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related areas); OR bachelor’s degree in any field plus postgraduate qualification in Information Technology fields (minimum 360 hours). **MINIMUM PROVEN EXPERIENCE:** Senior: **6 (six) years of experience** as Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Requirements Analyst. **KNOWLEDGE:** Technical English. Windows and Linux operating systems. **BEHAVIORAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity. Teamwork capability. Self-management and decision-making capability. Communication capability (oral and written expression with precision, clarity, and ease of understanding both written and spoken messages).
