**Job Description:**

• Coordinate, guide, and monitor the operational desk team, ensuring standardization, quality, and timely execution of activities.
• Organize, prioritize, and process operational and administrative requests received from supervisors, managers, and Group Orbenk units.
• Ensure high-quality remote support to supervisors and employees, resolving daily operational queries and supporting routine demands.
• Supervise timekeeping and working hours processes, monitoring shift schedules, staffing charts, effectiveness, and compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
• Monitor and guide resource, material, and supply management across workstations, ensuring control, traceability, and efficient usage.
• Ensure proper administration, updating, and analysis of operational spreadsheets and controls, guaranteeing data reliability.
• Monitor, analyze, and consolidate operational desk performance indicators (KPIs), such as demand volume, SLA, effectiveness, absenteeism, productivity, and timekeeping compliance.
• Prepare and present management reports and operational results to leadership, proposing action plans and continuous improvements.
• Act as the liaison between the Operational Desk and operational management, supporting decision-making and problem resolution.
• Contribute to structuring, expanding, and maturing the Operational Desk by reviewing processes, workflows, and routines in line with Group Orbenk’s growth.
• Develop the team through feedback, performance monitoring, and technical-operational support.
**Desired Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Human Resources, Logistics,
or related fields.
• Experience coordinating operational or administrative teams,
preferably in high-volume environments or decentralized operations.
• Hands-on experience with timekeeping control, shift scheduling, working hours, and operational administrative routines.
• Knowledge of KPI analysis and management report preparation.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with control and management systems.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Sense of urgency and accountability.
• Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment.
• Driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
