Working with targets and direct client contact **JOB POSITION:** COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT Ruptiva Recrutamento Inteligente is managing the selection process for a company seeking a communicative, proactive, and commercially oriented professional to join its team. **Location:** Joinville/SC **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 01:00 PM to 5:48 PM **Salary:** R$ 1.950,00 + R$ 300,00 bonus **About the position:** We seek a professional to support the company's commercial activities, focusing on prospecting new clients via telephone, email, and WhatsApp. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, initiative, and ease in working with targets and direct client contact. **Responsibilities:** Proactively prospect new clients; Contact potential clients by telephone, email, and WhatsApp; Present the company's products or services; Identify client needs and forward commercial opportunities; Follow up on contacts, responses, and negotiations; Update client information in spreadsheets, systems, or CRM; Assist in preparing and sending commercial proposals; Maintain an organized and updated contact database; Contribute to achieving the commercial department's targets. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ease in handling telephone, email, and WhatsApp communications; Organization, proactivity, and commitment; Commercial mindset and results orientation; Ease in working with targets. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in commercial, sales, prospecting, or customer service roles; Familiarity with CRM systems; Experience in active client prospecting. **Benefits:** Lunch at a restaurant; Transportation allowance.
