Support recruitment and selection processes at the branch, acting as liaison with Corporate HR for document submission. Conduct onboarding for new employees. Organize and ensure mandatory training sessions are carried out. Keep Corporate HR updated with necessary information to ensure payroll remains current and performance indicators are finalized within agreed deadlines. Receive and confirm customer documents via fax and e\-mail. Cover reception duties during lunch breaks or in cases of absences and vacation periods. Respond to urgent incidents (CRM) (e.g., RECONNECT / INVOICE ISSUANCE / REGISTRATION CHANGES) within stipulated procedural timeframes, escalating any identified issues to headquarters. Import invoices from the SEC system (Truck-Based Invoice Issuance System) into the EMS system (Datasul), aiming to update the system with invoices issued by trucks. Update all inventory, tax obligations, and statistical data in the EMS system to ensure such information remains current for use by other departments within the company.
