




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing customer service (SAC) focused on industrial clients, monitoring and managing schedules, operating and updating customer portals, and assisting drivers. Provide customer service (SAC) focused on industrial clients, offering support regarding delivery status, incidents, deadlines, and operational requests. 2\. Monitor and manage pickup, delivery, and return schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and alignment with relevant departments. 3\. Operate and update customer portals by entering information, tracking requests, incidents, and delivery confirmations. 4\. Archive and control delivery receipts (proofs of delivery), ensuring document organization and traceability. 5\. Assist and support drivers by clarifying routes, deliveries, pickups, returns, and incident handling during trips. 6\. Conduct daily follow-up with customers and the operational team regarding in-transit shipments and pending items. 7\. Maintain updated operational controls and reports according to logistics department requirements. Requirements: Completed high school education. Experience in customer service routines. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
