Supervision and monitoring of HR assistant activities. **HR ANALYST** **Location:** Atiradores, Joinville / SC. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection for operational positions, especially drivers; support internal event organization; process payroll-related entries; calculate severance and vacation payments and monitor corresponding taxes; close administrative timecards; manage benefits closure; monthly review of mandatory documentation such as driver's license (CNH), MOPP certificate, and periodic medical exams; organize random draws; track birthdays and monthly announcements; supervise and monitor HR assistant activities. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources; Knowledge of payroll, vacation, and termination processes; Familiarity with standard HR routines; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Dynamic, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills; **Compensation:** **Salary:** Up to R$ 3.500,00. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance: R$ 27.90 per day; Union Agreement; SEST SENAT; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday; 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
