JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Help reduce waste by correctly organizing product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Assist in counting products for stocktaking, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
