Being DHL means maximizing the development of your capabilities. \#GoTeach \#GoHelp \#GoGreen**Job Description** --------------------- Oversee scheduling, ensure daily traffic release to guarantee on-time deliveries, address each client’s specific requirements, handle various documents, comply with all required procedures related to those documents, and prepare reports and spreadsheets to support area demand fulfillment. Monitor all pickup requests, return processes, verify lost items, claims, proof-of-delivery documents, track operations via spreadsheets and communication systems with drivers, and manage the client’s integrated system.**Requirements** -------------- \- Completed high school education \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) \- Strong typing and system input skills \- Preferably prior experience in logistics routines \- Knowledge of transportation operational processes**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Monitoring deliveries and pickups via integrated systems and/or direct contact with drivers en route; 2\. Conducting active and passive monitoring of routes in progress; 3\. Overseeing dispatch and vehicle inspection inside the SVC; 4\. Completing daily operational controls with relevant operational information; 5\. Managing delivery performance to consistently meet operational SLA targets; 6\. Communicating effectively with drivers; 7\. Using the internal transportation/fiscal system to record payments to contractors; 8\. Adhering to operational procedures and complying with DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
