Monitor maturity progression and consolidate metrics Description: * Proven experience in implementing or governing Operational Excellence systems based on WCM, including pillar deployment, loss tree, cost deployment, and maturity audits. * Solid experience in structured industrial environments (manufacturing, maintenance, quality, or logistics). * Analytical capability, structured reasoning, and proficiency in continuous improvement tools. * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Business Management, Production Engineering, or Continuous Improvement (desirable). * Intermediate English and Spanish. This is a role for someone who has genuinely lived WCM—someone who understands that Excellence is an integrated management system, not merely a set of tools. Your role will be to ensure that the Tigre Way of Operating evolves with methodological discipline, measurable maturity, and robust governance, sustaining the company’s global performance over the long term. * Lead corporate governance of the Transformar Program, ensuring adherence to the WCM methodology and alignment across geographies. * Develop, update, and ensure implementation of corporate guidelines, manuals, maturity matrices, loss trees, and cost deployment structures. * Monitor maturity progression of pillars and the system as a whole, consolidating corporate metrics and reports. * Conduct internal audits and progress reviews at operational units, supporting local teams’ technical development. * Facilitate sharing of best practices and benchmark cases, promoting standardization and organizational learning. * Serve as the corporate liaison among Engineering, Finance & Control, HR, Planning, and Manufacturing plants, ensuring model consistency. * Support the Executive Management of Engineering and Operational Excellence in prioritizing and integrating productivity, cost, and industrial performance initiatives. 2510230202201825874
