We seek a professional with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in technical growth within the accounting field, contributing to information consistency and continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Support accounting analyses and journal entries; * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations, ensuring data integrity; * Assist in preparing accounting statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Management Reports); * Classify expenses according to accounting standards and internal policies; * Support internal and external audits by providing information and documentation; * Assist in preparing ancillary and tax obligations; * Provide support for due diligence, audits, and banking requests; * Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting processes; * Stay updated on accounting and tax legislation. ✅ **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, completed or in progress; * Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS); * Experience with accounting declarations (DCTF, ECD, ECF, and monthly IBGE); * Knowledge of tax routines and taxes; * Experience with ERP systems and accounting software; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Strong communication and organizational skills. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Sankhya ERP; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance (VT); * Health insurance plan; * Dental plan; * Pharmacy partnership; * Free parking; * Individual Development Plan (IDP); * Fully equipped cafeteria with coffee and snacks; * Social and relaxation area
