Schedule: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Responsibilities: \- File, track, and update procedures with municipal governments (e.g., building permits, licenses, project approvals, certificates of occupancy, etc.) \- Monitor deadlines, requirements, and pending items related to administrative procedures \- Communicate with municipal technical departments (e.g., urban planning, construction, inspection, environmental protection, etc.) \- Organize and verify documentation required for filings \- Request, track, and collect documents from notary offices (e.g., real estate registrations, certificates, annotations, authentications) \- Verify property registrations, records, and legal documents \- Provide technical documentation support to architects and engineers \- Assist in preparing dossiers for project approvals \- Support administrative tasks related to construction projects and engineering projects Employment Type: Part-time, Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$700.00 \- R$1\.000.00 per month Expected Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week Benefits: * Transportation allowance
