




Ensure effective technical handling of customer complaints, coordinating internal analyses and corrective/preventive actions with involved departments (Production, CQ, Engineering, and SGQ), promoting continuous improvement of processes and products. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Receive and handle customer complaints \- Act as technical liaison between departments \- Prepare 8D reports and monitor actions \- Evaluate effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions \- Participate in data analysis and improvement initiatives \- Support audits and non-conformance management **Education:** Technical degree in Quality, Mechanical, Plastics, Chemistry or related fields. **Technical Skills:** Reading technical drawings Quality tools: 8D, 5W2H, FMEA Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 (advantage) Office Suite **Experience:** Experience in the Quality field (preferably automotive or IATF/ISO 9001 certified). Experience in customer complaints and quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
