




The Quality area of Assembly is responsible for ensuring product quality and guaranteeing that the final result complies with the requirements established by the company. **Responsibilities and duties** The responsibilities of this position include: * Conducting audits of filters, poka-yokes, and processes; * Managing CTQs as part of the support chain, performing product checklists, reporting information in the system, implementing containment actions, and analyzing deviations together with the manufacturing team; * Verifying and auditing statistical process control and control charts applicable to the process; * Applying problem analysis and resolution methodologies, highlighting tools such as 5G, 5W1H, 4M, Pareto, Quick Kaizen, and Standard Kaizen with the PDCA cycle; * Ensuring execution of established standards, such as 3Q6S, operational SOPs, PGE 000180, PGE 000184, quality management system standards, and documentation requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (minimum 50% completion) or completed technical education (with diploma) in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, Materials Engineering, other engineering disciplines, or related fields; * Knowledge of quality tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
