We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to work in our production unit in the paints and coatings sector, directly supporting quality control, development, and production processes. This professional will be an essential part of daily physicochemical analyses, performance testing, and laboratory environment organization, ensuring compliance with our technical standards and safety regulations. \-\-\- Main Responsibilities Perform basic physicochemical analyses (viscosity, pH, density, drying, among others); Support sample and reagent preparation; Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products; Record data and results in spreadsheets and internal systems; Assist in the maintenance and organization of laboratory equipment, glassware, and materials; Follow safety regulations and good laboratory practices (GLP). \-\-\- Requirements Mandatory: High school diploma (preferably with technical course in Chemistry, Environment, Plastics, or related fields); Basic knowledge of mathematics and technical result interpretation; Good organizational skills and attention to detail; Availability to work business hours or shifts. Desirable: Previous experience in chemical laboratory or quality control; Familiarity with chemicals and laboratory equipment; NR\-20 and/or NR\-12 training will be an advantage.
