Contract and service provider management **About the Opportunity** A mid-to-large-sized company, currently undergoing **internal process structuring and strengthening**, is seeking a professional to work in **Procurement with interface in Facilities**. The role plays a strategic part in supporting operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and continuity of internal services. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance * Manage contracts and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, reception, etc.) * Control costs, budget, and departmental KPIs * Conduct inspections and ensure proper functioning of facilities * Manage utilities (e.g., electricity, water, etc.) * Support space organization and internal requests * Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations * Address day-to-day operational demands ✅ **Requirements** * Prior experience in **Facilities, Procurement, or related areas** * Experience managing suppliers and contracts * Knowledge of cost and budget control * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel) * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a solution-oriented mindset ➕ **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in mid-to-large-sized companies * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations * Experience with facilities management systems **Work Model** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: until 5:00 PM * Availability for out-of-hours requests when necessary **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Resilience and adaptability * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle multiple demands and stakeholders **If you have solid experience in this field and seek a dynamic environment offering autonomy and direct operational impact, we want to meet you.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Childcare allowance * Health insurance * Dental plan * Meal or food allowance * Transportation allowance
