- Map and monitor competitors (agricultural parts manufacturers and distributors); - Analyze portfolios, pricing policies, market share, and competitive positioning; - Produce periodic strategic insight reports; - Track parts sales by region, channel, agricultural crop, and machine model; - Identify opportunities to increase market share, portfolio gaps, and commercial risks; - Support the sales team with analyses for campaigns, targets, and forecasts; - Assist in defining and reviewing pricing policies; - Conduct elasticity, competitiveness, and margin analyses by product line; - Monitor market fluctuations (costs, exchange rates, supply/demand); - Research data on agricultural mechanization, productivity, harvests, and territorial expansion; Evaluate technological trends in machinery and implements affecting parts consumption; - Create dashboards and KPIs (e.g., market share, portfolio coverage, OTIF, parts turnover, future demand); - Work with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and database updates; - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, product development, and commercial teams; - Participate in strategic meetings, presenting analyses and recommendations; - Support feasibility studies, demand forecasting, and new product launches. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields; - Knowledge of the agricultural sector, machinery, and parts is highly desirable; - Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools; - Knowledge of statistics, predictive analytics, data modeling, and market research; - Ability to interpret large volumes of complex data.
