Prepare reports and organize data Athos Solutions is looking for a Junior Planning Analyst to support the organization, analysis, and management of the company's strategic information. The professional will be responsible for report preparation, data organization, and management support, contributing to decision-making and internal process improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for updating and maintaining Power BI dashboards used to monitor operational KPIs, using structured data from BigQuery and SQL Server. * Structuring and maintaining operational and analytical reports in Excel and Google Sheets for daily portfolio performance monitoring. * Maintaining database routines and structures in SQL Server, including procedures and tables used by operations for mailing generation and internal controls. * Supporting the evolution and organization of the Data Warehouse in BigQuery, participating in the creation and maintenance of analytical tables used in reports and dashboards. * Developing and maintaining data transformations using dbt for preparing and standardizing datasets used by operations. * Monitoring and adjusting data pipelines and DAGs in Apache Airflow, ensuring correct execution of data loads and automated processes. * Processing, organizing, and enriching datasets used by operations. * Executing and monitoring mass communication campaigns (E\-mail and SMS), including organizing and analyzing corresponding tabulations. * Preparing analytical reports and consolidating management-requested KPIs for operational monitoring. * Providing operational technical support for systems and tools used by the team. **Requirements** * Experience with database queries (SQL). * Proficiency in **Excel** for information analysis and organization. * Knowledge of **Python** for data automation and processing. * Analytical mindset, organized, and strong communication skills.
